Athlete. Teaching Credentials in Physical Education and Adapted Physical Education. Professor. Coach. Inventor. Entrepreneur. Stuntman. Actor. Tim Werner’s experiences are varied and expansive.
Tim grew up in Woodland Hills, California. He attended Notre Dame High School and became a California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Champion in the pole vault in 1974.
A wealth of experience prepared Tim for a wide-ranging career, which included a longtime stint as a film industry stuntman in Hollywood. Beginning in the 1980s, he is credited for 43 roles according to Internet Movie Database (IMDb). Some notables? The X-Files, Con Air, Heat, and working alongside Hollywood greats such as Robert De Niro, David Carradine, Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. “I was really good at saying one word, and then dying,” Tim laughs.
Tim culminated his graduate Biomechanics studies at California State University Northridge with now Emeritus Professor, Dr. Toshio Moritani of Kyoto University in Japan. Tim competed, studied, and coached with such World Class Coaches as Bill Webb and Art Venegas. To top his extensive list of credentials, Tim's graduate studies in Biomechanics led to his work being used at major universities around the world! Tim went on to apply his knowledge to teaching in the classroom, and coaching on the field. His passion for athletics resulted in being awarded two patents for a pole vault training device called the Pole Vault Swing-Up Rack. It is designed to build strength, fitness, and technique for athletes, keeping the core and shoulders engaged for the full range of motion required for a successful pole vault.
The device is now used by athletes around the world, which include: a current world record holder, a world champion, a gold medalist, an NCAA Champion, and numerous pole vaulters worldwide.

At the age of 17, Tiffany was involved in a life-altering car crash. After a year recovering from her injuries, during which she had the first 13 of what would lead to 22 facial reconstruction surgeries so far, Tiffany was introduced to stunt driving as a means of confronting and overcoming her trauma. But rather than simply helping her overcome her fears, it instead helped her discover her passions and set her on the journey to a life-long career. Soon she was teaching stunt driving to the film and television industry for a world-renowned stunt driving school and working as a SAG-AFTRA performer stunt driving for feature films and television.
During her two decades as a professional stunt driver, Tiffany has instructed the U.S. military and law enforcement in evasive driving and corporate security defensive driving. In the private sector, she teaches Class A (18-wheeler) License driving. Tiffany is also a Certified Advanced Stunt Driving instructor, holds a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Tank Endorsement, is certified in Basic Wild-land Fire-Line Safety, and is a Certified Powertrain Specialist. Oh, and for good measure she spent 2 seasons as a licensed NASCAR Pit Crew Member.
She is the Founder and Chief Stategist of Wreckless Consulting, LLC which covers everything business consulting from inception to dissolution. She can be found running Wreckless Stunt Driving Team & Events, as well as WildfireWorkers.com; a curated online database of wildfire workers where employees and government contractors find each other.
In addition to her successful career in the automotive and entertainment industries, Tiffany has been a key employee in her family’s business, Advantage Athletics, Inc. where she has held leadership roles in finance and marketing. Her contributions have been instrumental to building the company from start up to what is today, a profitable and growing patented fitness equipment company.
When not working for Advantage Athletics, Tiffany also works with Sage Coaching and Counseling’s spiritual mentoring and grief counseling team providing support to people who are suffering from experiencing traumatic events including life threatening injuries, disfigurements, and major illnesses. She is also in high demand as an inspirational speaker to companies, civic groups and associations where her life story delivers the hope to all that even life’s most threatening events can be overcome. With Sage, Tiffany continues her passion for business by providing support to emerging companies in finance, marketing and branding.
We are honored to have Tiffany as a part of the Advantage Athletics family. Her intelligence, wit and spirit are an inspiration to us all. She is truly our resident hero.
